​Candace is a sweet Catahoula Leopard Dog who has already lived quite the journey—born in Texas, spent time in New York City, and is now starting a fresh chapter in Maryland. She is currently receiving extra care, training, and love as she undergoes treatment for heartworm and works toward better health. Full of energy and personality, Candace is being set up for success so she can reach her full potential and eventually find the perfect forever home.
Eddie
​Eddie’s story is nothing short of a miracle. He was just an hour away from being put down when he was saved by Berkeley County Humane Society, who stepped in and gave him the love and care he deserved. Since October, this incredibly sweet boy has been waiting patiently, but sadly keeps getting overlooked. Now in our care, we’re committed to continuing his training, building his confidence, and helping Eddie finally find the loving home he’s been waiting for.
